Made-to-Order / Custom Painted Items: Items requiring custom manufacturing, special painting, or specific customer modifications take longer to process. Standard production and handling time typically ranges from 3 to 30 days depending on product complexity. Specialty / Custom Orders: For highly specialized, custom-engineered products, or large-scale custom batches, lead times may take up to 45 days (or as explicitly agreed upon between DPS and the customer in writing).

All payment transactions are processed securely through our licensed Payment Gateway partner. A return or refund will ONLY be granted under the following exceptional circumstances: Manufacturing or Product Defects: The delivered item has structural defects, material failure, or significant painting errors that differ from the approved specifications due to our error. Mutual Agreement: A return or refund is explicitly agreed upon and confirmed in writing/email between DPS and the customer prior to returning the item.
